ENTRY
VISA & PROCEDURE
An entry visa must be obtained prior to arrival in Vietnam. For application, the following personal particulars
are required:
- Full name according to passport
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
- Passport No (valid at least six months)
- Date of entry into Vietnam
- Country where visa to be stamped
The
following Passport ASEAN countries are exempted from Visa.
Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand,
include South Korea & Japan. Also the Nordic Countries.
Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland.
EXCHANGE CURRENCY
Currency of Vietnam is the Dong; current rate is approximately
1 US$ = 18.000 VN Dong.
Credit Cards & Traveler Cheques are accepted by hotels,
shops, restaurants & airlines.
It is advisable to bring US Dollars, in small denominations.

CLIMATE
The country has a tropical climate, with major differences
between northern, central and southern provinces due to
the wide range of latitudes.
There is a winter season (100C - 160C)
in the north between December and March; central provinces
are rather wet more than half of the year (November to
April);
the south is enjoying a tropical sunny climate with dry
season from December to March.
LANGUAGE
A country of 325.000-sq km with a population nearly 83
million. With official 54 ethnic groups. Officially language
is Vietnamese however English, French & Chinese are widely
spoken. Meter Taxi is easily available in major cities.
INSURANCE
Recommended that each client purchase sufficient Travel
insurance to cover medical, baggage or trip cancellation.
Please consult the Travel Agent for more information on your
travel insurance needs.

TOUR PRICES
All Tour prices are subject to change without prior notice
in the event of currency fluctuation, increases
in air fares, hotel prices etc. however no surcharge
will be levied if full payment has been paid prior
to the price revision (is any) except where government
taxes affecting your tour are introduced or increased.
EXTENSION OF STAY
Any extensions of stay should be done prior to departure
to ensure that accommodation has been reserved and
also return flight has been confirmed. Additional
nights stay and departure transfer are at client's
own expense.
CANCELLATION
The following cancellation charge will be levied
for any FIT cancellation made. |

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit is required upon
confirmation of FIT reservations and balance is to be
made at least 07 days prior to arrival to Vietnam.
